The Cincinnati tournament final took place on Sunday, where Maria Sharapova and Andy Murray won the titles. The Britain’s Murray won over the number one tennis racket Novak Djokovic, with a result of 6-4 and in the second set, after 3-0 result for Andy Murray, he retired injured. On the other side, Maria Sharapova defeated Jelena Jankovic witha result 4-6, 7-6 and 6-3 in the final set. All in all, this tournament was quite as expected. The quality of the player was on minimum level, considering the event that will take place one week from now, the US Open. All of the players seemed like they were “saving” themselves for the US Open Grand Slam. Lets hope that we will watch interesting games during the US Open.
